Krista and Ashley dive into the why behind clients not coming back. So many reasons, but 9/10 it's because of an experience they had while they were with you. We loved this because we all can get so comfortable sometimes and while being comfortable in our skills is great, being too comfortable with our clients, can come off like we don't care.
