So often we use failure against ourselves; as a reason to believe we CAN'T do achieve a goal. 

But what if failure helped you believe MORE in yourself and your goals? 

It sounds so counterintuitive, but is exactly what's needed to overcome perfectionism, self-sabotage, and the pit of shame that shuts you down. 

The problem is we don't know how to deal with failure, because we think it shouldn't be happening.
