So often we think we have to beat ourselves up and internally “punish” ourselves in some way to make up for the mistake… to teach us a lesson. 

But this is a toxic pattern. 

This one question has the power to change your entire perspective: 

  1. What would it look like to LOVE myself more now, through this setback? 
  2. How would I be thinking and talking to myself if I had the thought: "this is all moving me forward."

This is how we create safety to lose weight.
