There is time for rest, even during the holidays. Hannah Brencher is convinced that you can be present “where your feet are” even as you’re being pulled in multiple directions toward shopping, wrapping, parties, events and the general hustle bustle of the holiday season.

There is mention of depression and suicidal ideation in this conversation but there is also hope as we talk about how the church can approach mental health differently.
