WorkForce is headquartered in the heart of Michigan, but after a stint as an accountant Bob got his MBA and headed to the Bay Area, working for several early-stage companies during the dotcom boom. One of those companies was Salesforce, and he rode that growth wave through their IPO.
Currently, Bob oversees more than $100 million in ARR with 1,000 employees and contractors across the globe. That means overseeing a corporate finance team, cash ops, sales ops, and all the functions that go into being CFO at a large global company with more than 1,100 customers.
Bob believes in automation when it will increase speed, data accuracy, or both. With his background in SaaS, he knows it’s an ever-evolving process, and he’s always evaluating his tech stack, looking for ways to improve his processes.
