A big treat as we got to talk with 2004 Olympic Medalist Shot Putter Adam Nelson. He graciously talked with us about how he has trained over the years and adjusted to maturity. He discusses his retroactive Gold Medal and how the course of events made him the man he is today.
Aside from my slightly overloaded mic this is, if not the best, my favorite episode yet.
