After our visit with Jeff Nichols, a couple weeks ago, we are fired up to get to bed. No kidding. Sleep is the biggest recovery aid out there. It sets complex chemical cascades into motion more powerful than anything that came out of a lab. Good sleep repairs rep ravaged muscles and salves the sapped CNS. Without sleep you develop penchants for alliteration. Seriously though, regardless of training style: strongman, powerlifting, or Crossfit your performance will improve with quality sleep.
