Description

It's a show about my favorite lift. The deadlift. The truest show of strength. After our one week, flood imposed, hiatus we get back to business. A big pull will always carry over to something and we offer some thoughts, cues, and accessory moves to help you bring up your deadlift. Regardless of sport, be it: powerlifting, strongman, crossfit, football, the time spent on deadlifting will make you a stronger and tougher athlete.
