AS AN INDEPENDENT BAND IN THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA MUSIC SCENE, THE KROOKS HAVE TAKEN LOCAL AUDIENCES BY STORM WITH THEIR SPIRITED LIVE PERFORMANCES AND UNDENIABLE SOUND. IN SEPTEMBER 2013 THE BAND RELEASED THEIR DEBUT EP, WHICH THEY SELF-RECORDED AND SELF-PRODUCED IN WAREHOUSES THROUGHOUT LONG BEACH AND LOS ANGELES. IN JANUARY 2015 THEY BEGAN WORKING ON THEIR FIRST, FULL-LENGTH, STUDIO ALBUM WITH PRODUCER ROBERT ALTSCHULER. THE ALBUM, ENTITLED "LEAVE IT ALL," WAS RELEASED SEPTEMBER 2015.
