The US is Auctioning off 23.8 million acres in the gulf for oil exploration.
The area is expected to produce economically recoverable hydrocarbons of between 116 million and 200 million barrels of oil and between 538 billion and 938 billion cubic feet of natural gas, the bureau has estimated.

The Vikings will be trying to shake off the wide left field goal miss in last year's Wild Card Playoff against my Seattle Seahawks…
They can make BIG strides this year. QB Teddy Bridgewater will come into his own, with Adrian Peterson running the ball behind him and with speedy Stefon Diggs getting open in the WR core, look for the Vikings to make some headway this season.
The momentum gained at the end of last season will push these guys forward…
