JAGUAR LAND ROVER ANNOUNCE NEW STRATEGY
JLR has announced a ‘reimagining’ of their path forward. From 2025 they will be a fully electric focused company. Jaguar will ditch SUVs as they will be Land Rover’s sectors. GOVERNMENT POTHOLE FUND DROPS
The Government announced it is injecting £500m into the pothole fund, to help local councils repair the shocking state of the roads. Whilst this is a lot, it is a reduction on last year’s overall fund. Councils are warning that they will not be able to tackle everything they need to as a result. HIGHWAYS ENGLAND RECOMMENDED TO FACE CORPORATE MANSLAUGHTER

MERCEDES ECALL SYSTEM BUG
In the US, if there is a sufficient voltage drop to the eCall emergency call system and it is involved in an accident, the location will be given in Europe to the emergency services trying to locate the vehicle.
