Today is the disappearance day of Sripad Madhvacharya, whom we are so dearly indebted to, as he is one of our great spiritual forefathers. In fact he is one of our founders Acharya of our Sampradäya, we are known as the Brahma-Madhva-Gaudia Sampradäya. So, Madhvacarya was one of the great, great legend of the spiritual history of India. He lived till he was seventy nine years old. He was born on Dassera and on this very day just approaching eighty he was sitting on Anantaeshwar Mandir in Udipi and he was giving class to the followers on Aitereya Upanishad which he was just completing translation and commentary. This was one of his favorite book Aitereya Upanishad from that he would establish the principles of pure Bhakti.
