Srivas said, “if I clap my hand three times and Krishna doesn’t provide me whatever I need to survive with my family, then I will take a rope, tie it to a clay pot, wrap it around my neck and drown myself in the Ganges. If He doesn’t provide for me in the time that takes to clap three times when I am surrendering to Him, then I will end my life.” When Lord Chaitanya heard that, he became ecstatic. He roared in ecstasy. He said ‘Srivas, Srivas, who have won My heart. You have conquered my life. You have so much faith in Krishna.
