Romans 12:1
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God - this is your true and proper worship.
"The Old Testament is about sacrifices that secured mercy for us, but the New Testament is about the mercy of God that then causes us to give our lives to Him as a sacrifice and service. We serve God because He first touched us, we give ourselves to God not to get His love, but because He loved us."
