In this weeks Happily Ever After, our Once Upon a Time podcast, Emma is on a mission to find her childhood friend Lily. As the daughter of Maleficent, and thrust into the world of Storybrooke by the actions of Snow White and Prince Charming, Lily is tied to Emma and is driven by the darkness that was pulled from Emma so she could be the Savior of Storybrooke.
We chat about the story of Emma's dark path and the balance between her and Lily. The backstory worked in some ways, but we also chat about a bit about how well it worked as background story. We also dive into a bit of the happenings back in Storybrooke and what it might mean that Gold has given Belle her heart with Will Scarlet as her guardian. Finally we talk about the surprising addition of another plot in this overloaded season as Robin runs into a difficult decision with Zelina and her shocking revelation.
