Isiah 42:9 Behold the former things will come to past and new things will spring forth. There are a lot of things in life that are just comfortable, even within our christian walk. But God has new things he wants us to do. God wants to tell us about these new things, but we are trapped in the old things. If only we would Sing to the Lord a New Song.

Just across the square is St. Peters Cathedral, with a small statue of Baby Jesus hold the world in His hand with little or no effort. God can take the weight of the world off our shoulders, and hold it for us. But then we walk out of the presence of God and run back to the world to face the weight of the world once again.
So we desperately need that New Song to take us out of this world and allow for God to take our burdens into His hands and off of our backs.
