Prayer of Examine: Ask the Lord to reflect on where He was with you during the ordinary times of the day;
1) Ask God for His light.
2) Thank God for the little things of the day, show gratitude.
3) Review the day from start to finish, asking where was God in each daily event.
4) Face your shortcomings, rewind and replay key events.
5) Look toward the day to come. Where will God be tomorrow?
In the Examine process, you need a comfortable and relatively quiet location, for 10-15 minutes. It's helpful to journal every scene you examine. Review your insights with God. End your day seeking His help for tomorrow.
