"Cast your burden on the Lord, for He will sustain you." We have burdens and cares to cast away, but after we give them to God we take them back.
How many times have we shared something in confidence and it comes back to you as an attack? There are certain people who are not worthy of your blessings. But give it to God what is holy and valuable. God will not trample on you. Our heart's cries are the most valuable things we have to give. We can trust God, all the time. And all the time, God is Good.
I know the plans I have for you and they are good. Jesus gives us a litmus test to see if we actually are trusting in God. We will know when we are trusting God when we care more for others than ourselves. This is a life time struggle. When I'm seeking God's help for my troubles, then I am not experiencing God's open door of Grace. Until your cares are more important than my own my cares will not be resolved.
