Description

Unlike children who implicitly accept new information without questioning
its relevance, adults challenge education and seek knowledge related to
areas applicable to their future. They understand that if they need to
learn something, it’s their responsibility to find the information and
skills they need

adults learn. Doing so will shed light on the struggles that often
accompany personal growth and professional development. In turn, our
understanding can help build a new perspective on gauging progress.
