The two have a candid discussion about, 1) how Aron sees his ethnic identity impacts his life as a Muslim in Chicago, 2)how television shows like 'Rami' have opened the doorway for conversations with non-Muslim friends and colleagues, 3) intra-community racism and Islamophobia, 4) the unrealistic expectations of (some) new Muslims, 5) some of the work he does with the ACLU (IL).
