Phillip Collins brings a multi-dimensional background into being one of the co-founders of The Angel News Network and founder of The Modern Day Mystery School as a teacher/life coach, author/poet, filmmaker and healing arts light ascension therapist addressing the balancing of our emotional, mental and physical bodies during the transformational times. Phillip’s background also includes international commercial TV production skills with filmmaker George Lucas, as director of marketing at Industrial Light & Magic, and founder of Fairbanks Films with film directors Ridley and Tony Scott.

Joel D. Anastasi has been a news reporter, magazine editor, VP at a major financial organization and a management consultant working with a wide range of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to small non-profits. He holds a BS degree in Economics from Syracuse University and an MS degree from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
SPECIAL GUEST: Joseph Burkes MD – A graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, a board certified internal medicine physician and is licensed to practice in California. He has been a lifelong peace and social justice activist. As a youth during the early 1960s he demonstrated against the atmospheric testing of nuclear weapons that spread radioactive dust across the Northern Hemisphere. This poison entered the food chain and was being detected in the baby teeth of children. As a high school and college student Dr Burkes participated in anti-Vietnam War activities. In medical school he supported the cause of Cesar Chavez and recruited medical staff for clinics run by the Farm Workers Union.
Dr Burkes was co-founder of the Los Angeles Committee on Occupational Health and Safety. This group was a coalition of legal and health professionals assisting trade unions to make the American workplace safer. During the 1980s he was an international peace activist and served on the Board of Directors of Physicians for Social Responsibility. This group is the American affiliate of International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War. In 1985 it received the Nobel Peace Prize for bringing together physicians from western and the former Soviet block countries in a campaign against the nuclear arms race.
Dr Burkes’ interest in the flying saucer phenomenon started in the 1990s. He joined Dr Greer’s Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence CSETI and was a contact team coordinator for the Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind (CE-5) Initiative. He left Dr Greer’s group in 1998 but continued investigating the flying saucer phenomenon by working with MUFON and the network of Peruvian contact activists now known as Rahma. Dr Burkes is co-author of the book “Paths to Contact” edited by Jeff Becker and is on the Advisory Board of FREE, the Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters.
