After the Holy Spirit has descended upon the twelve, and 3,000 followers are added, the leaders are faced with a discipleship dilemma. Previously they had seen only small groups of disciples being mentored by one spiritual leader, or rabbi. If each of the 12 took on an equal group they would each be coaching 260 people. Obviously that wouldn't be the best scenario. So what did they decide to do?
