If you want to be successful in life, whether that means making more money, doing more good, achieving more, or anything else, you will need to master the skill of persuasion. Today, I’m talking about why reward is the strongest persuasion technique, and how to use it.

In addition, we go over how you should play the “versus” game to find out what truly motivates you. Compare two common motivations, such as fame and money, and ask which you would rather do without in order to have the other. Once you’ve honed in on what truly motivates you at the highest level, make sure you have a lot of that thing around you, to keep you in a state of constant motivation.
