Today, I invited a hater on my show. Instead of running from people, I invite them in to have a conversation that will allow us to learn from each other.
That is the fundamental mindset difference between a hater, someone who looks for the bad or reaches for ways to fulfill the narrative that they already have in their own minds, and someone with an open mind toward learning.
You can learn from everyone, even your haters. Just avoid the trap of becoming a hater, because few mindsets are harder to triumph over.
