Everyone needs to learn how to persuade other people if they want to be successful with anything in their life, but most people are going about it all the wrong way. Because most people think about themselves almost all of the time, are obsessed with themselves, their feelings, emotions and desires, these are the things that you need to appeal to if you want to be persuasive.
This might seem obvious, but very, very few people are really good at putting themselves in someone else’s shoes and really approaching a conversation, whether sales or other, from that viewpoint.
