A lot of people are taught that meekness is essential. We’re told from an early age that humility is a virtue, and, in many different ways, we’re told to avoid confrontation.
But what about the times when confrontation is necessary? When you need to stand up for yourself, or for others? Do you know how to? And, perhaps even more importantly, do you know when to?
Today’s conversation is about how to stand up to bullies, how to know when aggression is necessary, why some people are too aggressive while others are too non-confrontational and how to deal with both, and much, much more.
