  work by everyone involved, the href="http://bombadil.infradead.org/~hch/vmware/2019_03_11_Urteil_OLG_HH.pdf">appeal
  decision, and the href="http://bombadil.infradead.org/~hch/vmware/Urteil_2016-07-08.pdf">lower
  Court's decision (the latter of which was also href="http://bombadil.infradead.org/~hch/vmware/Judgment_2016-07-08.pdf">translated
