Description

Most women are struggling with body image issues. At one time or another, we've been on the quest for achieving that ideal, perfect body – to the point of rejecting the very skin you’re in. It’s as if we always want to look sexier, prettier and better, even if that means risking our health and wellbeing, making unnecessary sacrifices and hurting ourselves in the process.

Seeking the elusive and often unrealistic image of a picture-perfect body can lead you to the dark side of weight loss. You can be caught up in a negative mental cycle which can impact your quality of life. But the good news is you can turn things around and find a way that will help you achieve a fitter, radiantly healthier body that you deserve.

Our guest Stefani Ruper shares the story of how her misinformed mindset and body image issues in the past led to some of the worst effects of too much weight loss and eating restrictions. By having the willpower to take a leap of faith and make radical changes on how she views her body and the culture that we’re in today, she was able to overcome such issues and is now helping others do the same.

Stefani Ruper is a successful Ivy League chemist, an international go-go dancer, and a popular eating disorder counselor. Author of the book Sexy by Nature: The Whole Foods Solution to Radiant Health, Lifelong Sex Appeal, and Soaring Confidence and the inspiring woman behind Paleo for Women blog and podcast Live. Love.
