As many of you may know, my wife and I live on the Gulf
Coast of Florida and every year at this time we witness rebellion.
Spring Break has arrived and with it thousands of college age kids are
showing the whole country exactly what is happening in this generation.
Booze driven sexual immorality, drugs, violence, lack of respect...these
are just a few things that are going on. How can this be happening in a
country founded on Christian principles? the only logical conclusion
must be that this country no longer adheres to the standards given to us
by the Word of God, Jesus Christ.I remember how it was in the sixties
and seventies. Even though there were a lot of things going on in this
country that helped lay a foundation for the mess that we are in now,
there was still a large number of Christians that tried to stay on the
path to righteousness. Oh how far we have fallen in the last forty or so
years. How can this be happening in a country where everywhere you turn
, there a a church building of some denomination or the other? These
things that are happening now in this country wouldn't have been
tolerated back when I was a kid. Dad would have taken his belt to my
behind until I understood how to act. But today's youth are brazenly
rebellious. Where did they learn this kind of morality? Doesn't it stand
to reason that this all started with rebellion against God that it will
also end in the same rebellion...just as God's Word tells us many
times? Instead of writing a long post about this, I have decided, God
willing, to do a broadcast on Diffusion of the Delusion. Over the past year, I have done many broadcasts leading
up to this one. When I put all the puzzle pieces together, hopefully you
will be able to see the big picture. I plan to talk about those who are
just like Hananiah. Those who prophesy lies and ignore the lesson that
we are given in Jeremiah 28. God has a plan and it is playing out the only way it can...according to HIS will.
