Shayblondie & Stefanos are teaching DM Training called Case Scenarios. This is an updated version of DM training and looking at it from a fresh point of you for modern kink today. DM training is done with live demonstrations. Let's have a conversation.
Overview of their course in San Fransisco:
• There are only three reasons to interrupt a scene at the Citadel- immediate and clear danger to LIFE, LIMB, or CITADEL PROPERTY. Any other concerns- call a party host.
•Remember that being a DM involves customer service! Always be polite & respectful.
If it is possible to check with people before they start to play, as they are setting up (especially if it looks like something elaborate), please do so! Act as a facilitator.
• Carefully monitor bystanders. Ensure that bystanders do not disrupt scenes with social conversations, by getting too close, etc.
• You should be constantly moving through the dungeon during your shift. Especially “patrol” along the main bystander pathways to monitor conversation volume.
• If you had any issues during your shift (including needing to interfere in an ongoing scene for ANY reason), notify the party host ASAP.
• If you must interrupt a scene, do so in the least obtrusive way possible.
