Description

We start our January episode with a meal from the far East; for our Appetizer, we discuss Vietnamese food at a restaurant called Lemongrass.  After that, for our Booze segment, we dive into the next edition of Our Favorite Drinks: the Winter Edition.  For our Entree, we explore a food family that gets very popular around this time of year: Roasts.  Then in Dessert, slip on your reading glasses and explore how the worlds of food and literature intersect.  And finally, with the start of the new year, we renew our tradition of offering up our food resolutions for the year.  Goals will be set and a wager will be wagered.  Throw another log on the fireplace and shake off the ice, it’s time to chow down on Four Courses!
