In honor of Cinco de Mayo, this episode will be almost entirely Mexican-themed; we jump in with an essential part of the St. Louis Mexican food scene and wash that down by exploring (what else?) the margarita. We continue the festivities in our Entree with a discussion about St. Louis's Cinco de Mayo celebration. For Dessert, we'll examine so-called "upscale" Mexican food and finish off with a quick discussion about what edibles to grow in a food-lover’s spring garden.
