Glitter and sequins are the flava this week as I'm joined by the freshly-retired American track queen, DeeDee Trotter!
The charismatic "Glitter-Faced Warrior" speaks from the heart about her amazing 13-year career which netted her three Olympic births, two USA relay-team golds, and her cherished 400m bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympiad.
DeeDee shares her emotional journey since officially hanging up the spikes last week, and her post-retirement plans, which may include baking!
The 33-year-old also touches on her endless struggles with injury, her "never give up" mentality, and of course, face painting, plus much more!
