In celebration of releasing two year's worth of mixes in our series, we have recorded a total of four mixes for Mantissa 104 with an A-side and B-side each. The "A-side" reflects what we play/ love to hear in the club, and the "B-side" represents a part of our record collections that we rarely showcase.
Today we share with you the A-sides, with the B-sides to follow next Thursday.
"I wanted to create something deep and progressive that would be suitable for the early hours of the morning, outside as the sun rises. These hours, dancing outside at a club or festival with mates, in the summer months as the sun comes up are amongst my favourites of the year.
The mix features tracks from many of my favourite producers from the past and present as wells as a random white label from London's best record shop, DnR. I haven't tried IDing it yet but shazam may do the trick. Cheers to the random chap in the shop who recommended it!"
