We're extremely happy here at Mantissa to be able to bring you an exclusive premiere of 'Something Went Wrong', a wonderful track by the talented Bristol based producer Jonski coming soon on the same titled EP 'Something went wrong'.
Jonski is an alias of producer Zobol, who recently released an EP on Goldmin Music called 'Infinite rotations'. In his own words he describes his Zobol project as one in which he looks at exploring sounds from the future, whereas his Jonski alias is focused around looking back towards the root of the soulful music from the 70's and 80's which inspires him and putting it in a new kind of contemporary context. He describes 'Something Went Wrong' as a part 2 to his Zobol EP release 'Infinite rotations' - and both EP's are definitely worth listening too!
Featuring as the 4th and penultimate track off the EP, released on Goldmin Music later this month, this brilliantly produced light-hearted house track is the perfect way in which to begin rounding off an all round fantastic EP - we wish we could premiere more tracks from it!
