BOSS OF THE BRONX: Vincent Guilamo-Ramos for creating a Bronx organization called, “Father’s Raising Responsible Men” - which was created as a space for fathers with teenagers between the ages of 15-19 helping fathers talk to their sons about sex, and coach them to discuss waiting to have sex. For the teenagers already having sex, the program also directs fathers through showing their sons how to use a condom correctly and consistently and making medical appointments to be screen for sexually transmitted diseases.
