Description

The Brandenburg concertos, by Johann Sebastian Bach, are often considered among the most notable orchestral works of the baroque era. The concerto no. 2 was written around 1718, and it calls for a clarino (which is usually replaced by an ordinary trumpet), with a highly demanding part. The melody of the second movement of the concerto was stored in the Voyager Golden Disc.
