Description

Cornell Alum and Hall of Famer Bob Rule is Native of Natick Massachusetts. Bob Rule left Massachusetts for Manhasset, New York as a high school sophomore where began playing lacrosse in 1964. He went on to play collegiate lacrosse at Cornell University for Hall Famer Richie Moreland then new Big Red Head Coach. Rule is the only player in Division I history to win national championships in two sports, lacrosse and hockey. Rule taught history and coach lacrosse with Hall of Famer Allan Lowe, at his amateur Manhasset High school for 40 years. I call Bob Rule the Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Willy Wonker of lacrosse for his contribution to lacrosse as an inventor of sticks and equipment.
