There is something special about family, about having a community to which to belong. Families vary in size, configuration, and dynamics. This Sunday is Pentecost, the day we celebrate the birthday of the church. We will read, sing, and share about the family of faith:
At Pentecost some people received the Holy Spirit
And told the good news to all who would hear it.
I am the church! You are the church! We are the church together.
All who follow Jesus all around the world! Yes, we’re the church together!
