My heart fails at times
And longs for deep, endless sleep
In dreams I escape
Courage is found in failure
So, breath and open your eyes
I sat down with Jackie Pack and we discussed courage including what it means and how we recognize it. We also discussed Brene Brown's statement:
"I don't think we can get to courage without the capacity to deal with uncertainty, risk and emotional exposure."
