As homeschoolers, our kids are with us for much of their day and it’s inescapable for them to be exposed to news and events that we are concerned with. We’ve been having many difficult discussions in our house lately about both personal and global events and wanted to take this opportunity to talk about how we can approach tough topics with our kids in a way that is developmentally appropriate to have meaningful conversations.
