Cayley Hallahan shares the story of her first half marathon… which she ran after having open heart surgery. As one can imagine, one can learn a lot about life while waiting for heart surgery. And so, Cayley gives us a small lesson in modern day cardiology. Specifically, the Ross Procedure and Aortic Stenosis. And then we get into what it was like on race day at the Oak Tree half marathon.
