This this episode "Learning How To Visualize - Part 4" we are going to visualize how you want to perform in an upcoming competition.

These are the questions I want you to consider when you are visualizing your competition.

1. When you get out of the car how are you feeling?
2. What are you wearing?
3. What do you need to do to get ready for the warm up prior to your competition?
4. Where do you go to warm up?
5. Your name is called, the whistle has blown... what do you do to walk up to prepare for the start of your game?
6. The Game Begins - how do you begin?
7. Take yourself through the whole sports performance - from the beginning to the end.
8. You have completed your game.
