What separates the successful people from the people who don't achieve what they want?

To keep things simple we have identified 3 groups.

Group 1

'The Put The Toe in the Water Group'

• will jump from project to project unfinished
• give it a go attitude
• drift and coast
• get bored and move on quickly
• won't work through the obstacles when it gets hard

Group 2

'Give Everything You've Got Until You Hit Burnout Group'

• grind it out, day in and day out
• go all in and give everything they have got
• working really hard
• doing the same thing over and over expecting different results - only to end up in a similar place
• hit burnout, recover and go through the same process again until hit burnout again

Group 3

'The Mastery Group'

• go all in
• grind it out
• problem solvers
• search for the solutions
• working on their craft
• search for ways to work more efficiently and effectively
• practice and proceed at a steady level so skills become hard wired
• they know and understand it takes time (the magic ingredient)
• trust the process and have the faith that it will all come together
