Three months after shifting into a new residential society, a young couple begins to face some troubles with a home-delivered item. The wife, Prerna, receives a rusted knife with a cryptic and somewhat threatening note attached to it, and then a strange series of events follows. In the last and final episode of Home Delivery, Prerna witnesses a nightmarish scene at Mrs Mathur's place and finds out the truth about the society she calls home.
