Most of these questions have been asked for Western media, Non Hindic People and Woke plantation slaves in India.
Well to them, you can just say " read your bible" . Where Jesus says " Teach your people to fish. Do not give them fish" .
Meaning, invest in the action and not the fruit of the action as the Geeta says. Do not give people freebies, reservations. Why?
With freebies, your people get goodies from the government but do not know how to maintain and gain suitable employment, hence will come back to you for more money and freebies. In order to give freebies, you have to tax the smaller portion of the country who is producing this income with high taxes and at one point they will leave as you cannot depend only on them to feed a billion hungry mouths.
So Investment in STEM education, policies, Infrastructure will provide the most ambitious and important dividents for an economy to operate and pivot generation after generation. This to raise the nation out of poverty and raise the base level of poverty for her society.
