This is about one of the objects on Life's Heads-Up Display (HUD) - the Resource Globe that shows the balance of introversion and extraversion. Bad things happen when you overly fill-up on one or the other resource. Make sure you are aware of the balance!
1. What the Resource Globe is
a. Awareness and the balance of the psyche
b. Tells you to spend more or less time in one “realm”
x. i - relate the outer world to ourselves and inner responsibility regardless of outer world circumstances.
y. e - relate the outer world agenda to ourselves and adjust so we can interact to the outer circumstances
z. Too much of either is bad
2. How it works
a. 2 realms at work - JePe / PiJi - Outer world / Inner world
b. Your cognitive functions fit into the globe - INFP, EST
3. Dominant - Signature abilities that FILL DOMINANT ENERGY
a. Confident
b. Most points allotted
c. Well practiced
d. Ease of use
4. Auxiliary - Augments and/or supports signature abilities and FILLS OTHER ENERGY
a. Gives stronger impact
b. Conscious competence
c. Easily regulated
d. Works well with dominant
5. Tertiary - Amplifies energy use of signature abilities and FILLS DOMINANT ENERGY
a. Chaotic and unreliable
b. Aggressive defense of psyche
6. Inferior - High “cost” abilities that FILL OTHER ENERGY
a. Separate from signature abilities
b. Often necessary to return the psyche to balance
