If you find yourself suffering from a lot of uncertainties, overthinking things and having a hard time making decisions- this video's for you. I give you some tips and advice to stop overthinking.

For many years, I was overcome with overthinking, and I struggled to find ways to stop thinking so much. It would dominate my life, as I'd worry about what people thought of me, how my actions affected them--and if they knew or saw the real me running underneath.

It's very easy to get caught up in what you may or may not be doing right....or what you did do, or didn't do. Or to be consumed by the past. But the past is meant to be a way of learning and improving. The past should provide you with a way to make adjustments in the present and move towards a brighter future - not as a reminder of failure.

These tips should help you learn to shift a problem (and the anxiety that comes from it too) into a more proactive resource to help you get things done. Another thing that I didn't mention in the video is the use of meditation to quit the overthink and freak-out habit that many overthinkers go through. Meditation is a great way to calm the mind and re-train it to focus on what you want it to - not the other way around.
