Moshe instructs the People of Israel: When you enter the land that Elohim is giving you as an eternal inheritance, and you settle it and cultivate it, bring the first fruits (bikurim) of your garden to the Holy Temple, and declare your gratitude for all that Elohim has done for you. This section also includes the laws of tithes given to the Levites and the poor, and instructions on how to proclaim the blessings and curses on Mount Grizim and Mount Eival, as discussed at the beginning of the Ree section.
