Roderick David "Rod" Stewart es un músico, compositor y productor británico de rock, conocido mundialmente por haber sido vocalista en las bandas The Jeff Beck Group y Faces, como también por su exitosa y extensa carrera como solista.
Con su distinguida voz rasposa inició su carrera como músico callejero para luego participar en The Dimensions y en el supergrupo The Steampacket durante los primeros años de la década de los sesenta. Sin embargo, alcanzó el éxito después de ingresar a The Jeff Beck Group, donde solo participó en sus dos primeros álbumes, y luego en Faces hasta 1975 cuando la agrupación inglesa se separó.
